Washington Monument

We walked from the museum to the Washington Monument – which is in repair so surrounded by fencing and construction equipment.

We summoned our Lyft because we missed the bus and Clark really enjoys watching the car icon making it’s way to pick us up.  We had a nice driver from Estonia, father Iranian, mother Estonian.  A college graduate, Muhammad works a full time job driving Lyft for extra money. He waited 4 years to come to America correctly through the immigration process!  He told us he is very conservative and it makes him angry that people can just walk over the border.
